Develop software for real-time scientific instrument control, data acquisition, processing, and visualization. Build RESTful APIs, workflow automation tools, and interactive researcher interfaces while integrating laboratory instruments and experimental systems. Collaborate with data, research, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver reliable end-to-end applications. Maintain software quality through automated testing, CI/CD, version control, and modern development practices.

Designs, maintains, secures, and optimizes global LAN, WAN, WiFi, firewall, and communications infrastructure. Responsibilities include network configuration, topology documentation, intrusion prevention, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, traffic monitoring, upgrades, automation, and technology planning. The specialist collaborates with IT teams, supports critical business operations, leads infrastructure projects, provides architecture consultation, participates in on-call rotations, and travels between company sites and other locations as required.

Supports Caribbean customer accounts through relationship management, contract and deliverable tracking, invoicing, inventory and production monitoring, sales forecasting, and business development activities. Assists with RFP preparation, project and change-request tracking, customer inquiries, delivery coordination, and maintenance of commercial and financial records. The role is permanent, hybrid, and requires international travel plus eligibility for Government of Canada Secret security clearance.
