Provide financial analysis and recommendations for manufacturing operations, perform monthly accounting and reconciliations, track project costs vs budgets, assist with annual budgeting and forecasting, collaborate with purchasing/logistics/sales/operations, and support systems and process improvements including new software implementations.

Visually inspect securely printed documents (currency, passports, IDs, stamps) for colour or print defects, flag out-of-spec items to production supervisor, and accurately count printed output. Work on rotating shifts in an on-site, unionized manufacturing environment while meeting physical and security clearance requirements.

Provide bilingual front-desk reception and administrative support at two Ottawa sites: greet visitors, manage calls, issue visitor badges, coordinate mail, appointments, conference rooms, catering, and maintain professional reception area.
