Lead the Express Entry practice and a team of approximately five legal professionals. Use AI tools daily to research, prepare, and scale work. Build playbooks, train hires, and stress-test the platform while maintaining compliance and client service throughout the engagement.

Convert warm, inbound immigration leads into signed clients by owning conversations from first contact through retainer. Meet revenue targets and conversion KPIs, deliver fast and empathetic client experiences, and collaborate with product/engineering to automate intake and follow-up. Use AI tools daily to research, prepare, and scale outreach. Build playbooks, scripts, and training to codify best practices and optionally develop outbound motion for growth.

Provide end-to-end immigration counsel: assess prospective clients, convert leads, manage files to completion, ensure compliance, and collaborate with product and engineering to automate workflows and improve AI tools. Create playbooks, training materials, and document AI edge cases to scale the practice.

Manage a portfolio of immigration files from intake through government submission. Serve as primary client contact, collect and review documents, prepare submission packages, track files in a dashboard, escalate legal questions to supervising attorneys, and suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.

Build, test, and deploy full‑stack features for new web products in an agile team. Design and prototype solutions, collaborate across the team, and support high‑impact initiatives serving newcomers to Canada.

Use an AI-powered dashboard to review and resolve flagged immigration client files, communicate with clients via in-platform messaging, manage a high-volume caseload, escalate complex issues to attorneys with context, and identify automation opportunities alongside the product team.
