Lead and scale the partnerships function, grow partnership revenue, embed partner services into AI products, and build distribution for legal services. Develop commercial strategy with the CEO, manage partner relationships and commitments, coordinate with product, engineering, growth, brand, and legal teams, and recruit and lead a high-performing partnerships team.

Own the revenue system across service units, auditing funnels and attribution, standardizing CRM pipelines, and building lead-routing, follow-up, reporting, and AI-agent workflows. The role connects tools through APIs and webhooks, maintains communication infrastructure, measures automation outcomes, establishes legal and data guardrails, and creates repeatable systems for launching new service units. It partners with AI engineering while independently shipping and maintaining CRM and rep-facing tools.

Supports legal and business operations, including Clio file management, government correspondence tracking, accounts receivable, HR onboarding, vendor coordination, reporting, and SOP documentation. Identifies fragile processes and helps build scalable operational systems. Requires strong attention to detail, communication, analytical ability, and willingness to learn. Experience with LegalTech, law firms, Clio, operational documentation, or AI tools is advantageous.

Own inbound outreach, consultation booking, follow-up, no-show rescues, and client coordination for lawyers. Maintain full calendars, timely responses, strong show rates, and an organized pipeline through phone, email, and text. Serve as a warm, credible assistant without providing legal advice. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, empathy with older clients, speed, organization, discretion, CRM fluency, and comfort using AI tools.

Manage a portfolio of immigration files from intake through government submission. Serve as primary client contact, collect and review documents, prepare submission packages, track files in a dashboard, escalate legal questions to supervising attorneys, and suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.
