Lead the company’s research function by analyzing public, policy, and proprietary immigration data; building market-sizing and forecasting models; producing original research, data stories, reports, and eligibility analyses; and translating findings for content, strategy, media, partners, and policy discussions. Establish rigorous research methods, privacy practices, and publication standards while representing the work publicly and operating as a standalone research leader.

Own inbound outreach, consultation booking, follow-up, no-show rescues, and client coordination for lawyers. Maintain full calendars, timely responses, strong show rates, and an organized pipeline through phone, email, and text. Serve as a warm, credible assistant without providing legal advice. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, empathy with older clients, speed, organization, discretion, CRM fluency, and comfort using AI tools.

Lead the Express Entry practice and a team of approximately five legal professionals. Own operational performance, legal quality, capacity, client satisfaction, hiring, training, and process improvement. Partner with executives, product, and engineering teams to scale immigration services through technology and AI. Develop commercial and financial expertise with potential progression to General Manager and P&L ownership.
