Lead day-to-day financial accounting for the trading entity, branches and subsidiaries. Produce monthly management accounts and IFRS statutory accounts, coordinate audits and tax/VAT, ensure regulatory and capital adequacy reporting, oversee revenue processes, implement system/process improvements with developers, and mentor junior team members while supporting ad-hoc group requests.

Review and assess client CDD documentation for new business, periodic reviews and trigger events; perform electronic verification and sanctions/PEP screening; conduct risk assessments; support payment reviews and remediation projects; ensure regulatory compliance with GFSC, JFSC and IOMFSA guidance and maintain accurate records and turnaround times.
