Lead a revenue-focused Account Management team to drive net revenue retention and expansion. Build and ship features on an AI-native platform using Claude Code. Translate requirements into production code, review and refine AI-generated code, write automated tests, document APIs and architecture, participate in async code reviews, and identify technical debt.

The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for managing high-value park relationships, driving revenue retention and expansion, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer success.

Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries; refactor legacy reporting into a modern data warehouse; collaborate with Product and Development; provide technical support and troubleshooting; pair-program and produce technical documentation.

Own full outbound sales cycle to acquire private, city, and county campgrounds across North America. Prospect cold leads, qualify opportunities, position Campspot solutions consultatively, manage pipeline and CRM, collaborate with internal teams, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

Provide inbound phone/email/chat support for campground staff using Campspot reservation software. Troubleshoot, demonstrate features via remote desktop, document issues, and support customers during scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; heavy coverage during summer season.

Manage onboarding of new customers to Campspot's SaaS platform, combining project management, technical support, and training. Support initial setups and major overhauls, coordinate timelines, communicate with stakeholders, solve issues, and handle some evening hours and travel.

Contract developer will use Claude Code to implement and refine AI-native features, translate specs into production-ready TypeScript/React code, review and improve AI-generated code, write automated tests, document APIs and architecture, and identify technical debt while meeting milestones.
