Lead the evolution of cloud-native infrastructure by architecting and scaling AWS EKS clusters, standardizing Helm deployments, managing Terraform and Terragrunt infrastructure, optimizing cloud costs, and improving observability, reliability, security, and access controls. The role leads cross-team engineering initiatives, establishes DevOps best practices, and mentors engineers while supporting GitOps workflows and scalable application delivery.

The Implementation Manager onboards new customers onto Campspot’s software platform, supporting setup, major configuration changes, training, technical support, and project coordination. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, deadline management, and the ability to balance competing priorities. Candidates should have at least three years of customer service or related experience, with software onboarding, SaaS, training, account management, or technical support experience preferred. Some evening hours and travel may be required.

Lead a revenue-focused Account Management team to drive net revenue retention and expansion. Coach and develop AMs, run pipeline/account reviews, join customer calls, use HubSpot data and call recordings to spot risk/opportunity, collaborate cross-functionally, travel quarterly, and represent customers at conferences and tradeshows.
