Executive leader responsible for Caminar’s fundraising and revenue strategy, including major gifts, planned giving, grants, corporate partnerships, events, and donor engagement. The HR Coordinator supports onboarding, orientation, training administration, employee communications, benefits coordination, personnel records, compliance, and HR projects. The role serves as a primary contact for employee and manager inquiries, maintains HRIS and training records, supports engagement activities, conducts stay and exit interviews, liaises with benefits providers, and ensures accurate confidential documentation and compliance with applicable laws.

Provides supervision, social-skills instruction, recreational support, and community integration services to adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Facilitates group activities, conducts individual meetings, supports service plans, documents services, coordinates with providers and families, and transports participants using agency or personal vehicles. Requires reliable attendance, professional boundaries, teamwork, documentation, and compliance with safety and driving policies.

Leads accounting, FP&A, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, compliance, and audit activities for a nonprofit behavioral health organization. Supervises finance staff, oversees GAAP-compliant reporting and internal controls, manages governmental and grant reporting, partners with executives on financial strategy, and supports budgeting, program analysis, and organizational decision-making.

Provides community-based peer support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness using recovery-oriented services. Duties include wellness education, advocacy, crisis de-escalation, conflict resolution, care coordination, documentation in an EHR, transportation support, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The role also supports client independence, health, hygiene, appointments, treatment plans, and living-environment standards while maintaining confidentiality and complying with mandatory reporting requirements.

Lead and manage the FSP (REACH) program including supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, maintain program productivity and billing goals, provide clinical services and crisis intervention as needed, coordinate quality assurance and trainings, manage contracts/budgets, and support staff development and morale.
