Lead structured implementation of multiple behavioral-health initiatives, focusing on launch readiness, workflow and staffing design, cross-functional coordination, vendor and logistics management, risk identification, and creation of repeatable organizational implementation practices to ensure sustainable, high-quality program operations.

Provide intensive psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation for individuals at risk of hospitalization, including assessment, individual/group counseling, crisis intervention, medication management, housing/employment support, independent living skills training, documentation per MediCal requirements, coordination with treatment team, on-call emergency response, and community liaison work.

Provide peer-based support and advocacy to adults with severe mental illness in an MHRC. Deliver direct wellness services, assist with daily living and crisis de-escalation, document progress in EHR, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, and occasionally provide transportation and administrative support.

Lead and manage the FSP (REACH) program including supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, maintain program productivity and billing goals, provide clinical services and crisis intervention as needed, coordinate quality assurance and trainings, manage contracts/budgets, and support staff development and morale.

Lead San Mateo regional case management and supported housing programs; ensure quality, regulatory compliance, budgeting, staff recruitment/supervision, community relations, contract management, quality improvement, and clinical oversight. Serve on senior leadership, participate in on-call rotation, and support training, accreditation, and performance monitoring.
