Provide front-desk reception, multi-line phone routing, HIPAA-protected EHR data entry, calendar and vehicle scheduling, office upkeep, meeting support, and general administrative tasks supporting the CCM team. Maintain confidentiality, assist with events and trainings, complete timekeeping, and perform occasional driving and light lifting as needed.

Lead and manage the FSP (REACH) program including supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, maintain program productivity and billing goals, provide clinical services and crisis intervention as needed, coordinate quality assurance and trainings, manage contracts/budgets, and support staff development and morale.
