Executive leader responsible for Caminar’s fundraising and revenue strategy, including major gifts, planned giving, grants, corporate partnerships, events, and donor engagement. Leads marketing, brand, communications, media relations, digital campaigns, and payer business development. Supervises Development and Marketing teams, manages budgets and performance, engages the board and volunteers, cultivates major donors, and represents the organization externally.

Facilitates social integration activities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Provides social-skills instruction, recreational support, individualized service-plan assistance, relationship development, transportation, progress documentation, team coordination, and community participation support. Maintains professional boundaries, confidentiality, safety, and accurate records while transporting participants in agency or personal vehicles when required.

The HR Coordinator supports onboarding, orientation, training administration, employee communications, benefits coordination, personnel records, compliance, and HR projects. The role serves as a primary contact for employee and manager inquiries, maintains HRIS and training records, supports engagement activities, conducts stay and exit interviews, liaises with benefits providers, and ensures accurate confidential documentation and compliance with applicable laws.
