Provide first-line technical support for Cameramatics products via phone, email and other channels. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using diagnostic and remote-support tools, document tickets, escalate to Engineering/Product when needed, contribute knowledge-base articles, support shift rota for a global customer base, and drive improvements by identifying recurring issues.

Establish and run the product function end-to-end: intake, analysis, prioritisation, and requirements. Build and scale a product team, define operating model and tooling, shape product and AI direction, partner with engineering to deliver high-value features and measure impact.

Lead and mentor a technical support team resolving complex software, hardware, connectivity, and integration issues for fleet management solutions. Own KPIs and SLAs, drive process improvements, perform root cause analysis for escalations, and advocate for customers to maximize product value.

Support the Finance team with customer invoicing, payment allocation, credit control, chasing outstanding payments, resolving customer queries, assisting reconciliations, partnering with Sales on account issues, supporting monthly cash targets, and general finance administration.
