Own new business sales across the UK mid-market fleet sector. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing data-driven sales strategies, managing customer relationships, producing accurate forecasts, collaborating with Marketing and SDR teams, supporting market entry, and mentoring sales teams. The role requires strong SaaS sales experience, outbound prospecting leadership, analytical ability, communication skills, and Salesforce proficiency.

Build and operate AWS-based data platforms for fleet telematics products, including streaming and batch pipelines, ETL, data quality validation, observability, retention enforcement, and customer reporting. Own data engineering workstreams from architecture and design through deployment and production monitoring. Optimize database performance, cloud costs, and large-scale data systems while investigating production data issues and ensuring compliance.

Develop and execute CameraMatics’ global content and communications strategy across messaging, customer stories, social media, PR, leadership communications, campaigns, website content, SEO/GEO, video, and sales enablement. The role translates complex technology and customer outcomes into commercially effective content, coordinates agencies and internal partners, supports executive thought leadership, and measures content performance. It requires strong B2B storytelling, editing, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, fleet, logistics, safety, or another complex B2B sector.

Ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of web, mobile, and API services through manual and automated testing. Develop functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites; integrate tests into CI/CD; investigate failures; report defects; collaborate with development and product teams; and continuously improve QA coverage and processes.

Own the success of enterprise B2B SaaS customers from implementation through long-term value delivery. Lead strategic onboarding, platform configuration, adoption monitoring, data-driven QBRs, ROI measurement, stakeholder relationships, retention, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, ProServe, and Support. The role is hybrid in Darlington, requiring four onsite days weekly.

Administer the company’s Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Salesforce, endpoint, identity, and SaaS application environments. Manage onboarding and offboarding, access reviews, IT assets, licensing, vulnerability remediation, logging, audit evidence, business continuity documentation, and operational runbooks. Serve as an escalation point for employee IT issues across multiple offices while supporting security, compliance, and reliable day-to-day IT operations.

Establish and run the product function end-to-end: intake, analysis, prioritisation, and requirements. Build and scale a product team, define operating model and tooling, shape product and AI direction, partner with engineering to deliver high-value features and measure impact.
