Coordinate and schedule field engineers for installations and maintenance across the UK and Ireland. Manage supplier and customer relationships, handle completion documentation, process charges, raise purchase orders, and communicate with stakeholders. Improve scheduling processes, support cross-functional teams, and ensure efficient service delivery and excellent customer experience.

Lead and mentor a technical support team resolving complex software, hardware, connectivity, and integration issues for fleet management solutions. Own KPIs and SLAs, drive process improvements, perform root cause analysis for escalations, and advocate for customers to maximize product value.

Provide first-line technical support for CameraMatics customers via phone and email; diagnose and resolve product issues using diagnostic and remote tools; document tickets; escalate complex cases to Engineering/Product; contribute to knowledge base and shift-based global support rota; drive product improvement through feedback.
