Lead daily operations of the Adoption Support Program in Hillsborough County. Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensure contract compliance and reporting, manage data and budgets, provide clinical oversight and crisis support, maintain a light caseload, oversee interns, run trainings and community outreach, and manage program communications and virtual support.

Ensure program services meet regulatory and contractual requirements through file review, compliance monitoring, outcome reporting, data tracking, corrective action development, staff training, and preparation of files for internal and external monitoring.
