Supervise an adoption/case management unit: oversee case plans from intake to closure, ensure compliance with policies and contract outcomes, perform quality assurance and risk management, manage reporting and data entry, train and supervise staff, coordinate with courts and community resources, and ensure completion of adoption documentation to finalization.

Provide case management for children and families: maintain certifications, complete assessments and court reports, arrange placements and services, conduct home studies and safety checks, facilitate family visits, support foster/adoptive families, and coordinate with supervisors and community providers to promote permanency and child safety.

Provide post-adoption case management and child welfare services including assessments, case notes, court preparation, home studies, referrals, placements, family visits, and support to foster and adoptive families while maintaining certification and collaboration with community resources.

Ensure program compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements by reviewing case files, monitoring documentation, reporting outcomes to leadership and funders, training staff, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining accurate data and filing systems.

Provide front-desk and office administrative support including answering phones, data entry, scheduling, mail handling, correspondence, accounts payable, petty cash, billing, records management, safety/compliance tasks, and basic report and budget assistance.

Coordinate care for youth and families by facilitating admissions/discharges, obtaining consents, creating service and safety plans, making referrals, conducting face-to-face and virtual contacts, tracking progress, maintaining records and case notes, liaising with schools and community agencies, and supporting family engagement in mental health and substance use treatment.
