Provide general administrative support to program leadership and staff including answering phones, data entry, scheduling, mail, correspondence, accounts payable, billing, maintaining records, ordering supplies, petty cash, personnel files, timesheet collection, safety compliance, and assisting with reports and budgets.

Provide general office and administrative support including answering phones, data entry, scheduling, mail handling, correspondence, accounts payable and billing, records and personnel file management, petty cash, office supplies, safety compliance, and report/budget assistance.

Provide case management and child welfare services: maintain certifications, complete assessments and court reports, arrange placements and services, support families and foster/adoptive parents, and ensure child safety and permanency.
