Improve deployment processes and operational reliability across SaaS and established products. Collaborate with developers, architects, support teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to modernize delivery models and platform capabilities. The role requires hands-on DevOps expertise, ownership, continuous learning, and effective communication in Swedish and English.

Work hands-on in the Security Operations team to identify, detect, and respond to threats across on-premises, cloud, and container environments. Responsibilities include incident response, vulnerability management, compliance, security platform operations, threat modeling, and improving security capabilities. The role collaborates with IT Operations and internal stakeholders, contributes to architectural discussions, and advises teams on organizational and customer solution security.

Build and operate digital products that improve workplace efficiency and employee experience. Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to identify needs, develop full-stack solutions, apply AI and automation, and continuously improve products in production. The role emphasizes ownership, rapid iteration, reliability, security, cloud technologies, integrations, APIs, and Microsoft workplace technologies including Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Azure AI.
