Design, operate, secure, and improve a Kubernetes-based container platform running healthcare products. Responsibilities include platform reliability, multi-tenancy, recoverability, observability, incident management, service delivery, automation, CI/CD, and collaboration with development and operations teams in a regulated environment.

Supports healthcare customers implementing and optimizing order and results solutions. Responsibilities include customer training, workshops, integrations, system configuration, implementation, business analysis, process improvement, quality assurance, and workflow design for laboratory and radiology services. The role requires translating healthcare operational needs into product opportunities, communicating with end users, and working independently in hybrid and customer-facing environments.

Lead healthcare technology implementations and customer rollouts for digital patient services, including e-Referral and Patient Remote Monitoring. Facilitate workshops, training, configuration, workflow optimization, and change initiatives while coordinating with healthcare organizations and internal product and delivery teams. The role requires experience with COSMIC or similar EHR systems, healthcare implementation or digital transformation projects, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Swedish. Hybrid work is based in Linköping or Stockholm with travel as needed.
