Troubleshoots hardware, network, classroom, peripheral, Windows, macOS, and mobile-device issues; manages tickets and documentation; prepares and supports event technology; coordinates hardware deployment and repairs; collaborates with IT teams; and improves support documentation and service processes.

Assistant Professor of Business Analytics responsible for designing and leading a new undergraduate program, teaching business analytics courses, advising students, conducting scholarly research, serving the university community, and engaging with professional associations. The role requires expertise in data collection, databases, statistical analysis, machine learning, data visualization, enterprise resource planning, and AI in business. Leads university financial reporting, fund accounting, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, compliance, financial analysis, investment activity, and capital project funding. Prepares GAAP financial statements and external reports, oversees complex financial transactions and internal controls, supports strategic financial planning, presents results to university and board committees, and supervises financial planning and accounting staff. Requires a CPA, progressive accounting experience, and leadership experience.

Leads the School of Engineering and Computer Science’s academic, strategic, operational, financial, and external development. Responsibilities include faculty and staff leadership, program innovation, accreditation, fundraising, industry and alumni partnerships, enrollment growth, student success, facilities planning, budgeting, and launching a Center for Faith and Technology. The Dean serves as the School’s chief ambassador and advances Calvin University’s Christian mission through technology, ethics, and engineering education.
