Lead online and offline marketing for CA and TX training programs. Develop and run email, social, PPC, SMS campaigns; manage marketing team and external partners; oversee website UX with developers; track KPIs, budgets, ROAS, and produce weekly reports. Conduct market research, A/B testing, SEO, and reputation management. Oversee print advertising and merchandise. Reports to COO; onsite presence required in San Antonio or Fairfield.

Manage instructors and facilities for the East Bay region, supervise hiring and onboarding, ensure compliance with CDPH and CLIA standards, monitor certification exam pass rates, oversee externship placements and student services, partner with HR and Academic Manager, and report to the Chief Academic Officer.

Provide academic administrative support: manage student sponsorship processes and badges, liaise among sponsorship partners, students, and academic management, facilitate interdepartmental communications, and perform duties assigned by Academic Manager and VP of Academics.

Develop, test, and deploy backend microservices and web applications; integrate with CRM and third-party APIs; support CI/CD; participate in code reviews and automation projects including LLM/generative AI; learn via pairing with senior engineers and contribute to engineering initiatives directed by the CTO.
