Build, execute, test, and optimize email, nurture, and event campaigns in Marketo. Manage audience segmentation, database workflows, deliverability, QA, templates, landing pages, reporting, and campaign performance optimization. Coordinate marketing calendars, Kanban workflows, timelines, and stakeholders while using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, personalization, and scalability. Ensure compliance with email regulations and resolve campaign, tracking, and data issues.

Investigate and resolve complex customer issues across applications, APIs, integrations, databases, infrastructure, AI, and telephony. Analyze logs, queries, monitoring data, and SIP signaling; reproduce issues, identify root causes, coordinate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams, communicate findings, document solutions, and participate in on-call support.

Lead regional accounting operations including billing, AP, payroll review, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, cash management, statutory compliance, and coordination with external accountants. Provide financial analysis and business partnering to improve processes, controls, and profitability in a multinational SaaS environment.

Operate and secure customer-facing cloud infrastructure and SIP telephony integrations for real-time voice and conversational AI services. Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SIP trunks, PBX/SBC connectivity, networking, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/OVH), and support customer onboarding, incident response, and compliance activities.
