Oversee multiple simultaneous projects, supervise trades (pools, fountains, plumbing, concrete, shotcrete), control budgets and schedules, ensure quality and safety, coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Manage full-cycle HR responsibilities including onboarding, benefits administration, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance with California labor law, recordkeeping, intern program oversight, culture and retention initiatives, and workspace changes.
