Lead and manage the fabrication shop to deliver quality products on time and under budget. Create production schedules and workflows, coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Project Managers, oversee quality control, staffing, training, safety, tooling budgets, and reporting of production metrics and returns.

Manage recreational aquatics construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Oversee schedules, budgets, permits, subcontractors, RFIs, change orders, safety plans, documentation, and coordination with field teams, clients, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Support Senior Project Managers on commercial and public works aquatic projects across California: manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, daily logs; coordinate subcontractors, procurement, permits, closeouts; assist superintendents and foremen; maintain project documentation and contractor/vendor communications; ensure organized, detail-oriented execution and professional stakeholder interactions.
