Processes and maintains general ledger activities, including cash receipts, disbursements, reconciliations, monthly closing entries, financial statements, tax filings, and audit support. Advises assigned company staff on transaction handling, monitors accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and investment activity, communicates with clients and management, and keeps the Controller informed.

Leads healthcare data analytics, reporting, visualization, and dashboard development for policy, advocacy, and education initiatives. Analyzes large datasets, hospital finance information, and published healthcare studies; identifies trends and policy impacts; and translates findings into clear visuals and nontechnical communications. Oversees the Director of Data Analytics and Data Analytics Coordinator while collaborating with healthcare policy experts, executives, legislators, members, and communications professionals.

Leads external communications and media relations for a hospital association, developing earned media strategies, serving as a spokesperson, creating communications content, coordinating media opportunities, advising advocacy efforts, and advancing policy goals through media, social, paid, and owned channels.
