Develops and optimizes formulations for sensory quality, nutrition, stability, shelf life, manufacturability, and cost. Designs experiments using DOE and statistical methods, interprets analytical and sensory data, leads pilot and manufacturing trials, troubleshoots technical issues, supports scale-up, develops technical documentation, collaborates cross-functionally and with suppliers, and mentors junior scientists.

Leads brand and product portfolio strategy for a consumer packaged goods product line. Responsibilities include managing revenue and margin targets, analyzing consumer and competitive insights, developing innovation and renovation projects, leading cross-functional launches, conducting consumer research, creating marketing plans, managing budgets, and partnering with Sales, Finance, R&D, and Operations.
