Coordinates regional and national events, trade shows, cafe activations, sales meetings, vendors, shipments, budgets, timelines, branded merchandise, POS materials, and sales collateral. Supports sales operations through Salesforce reporting, forecasting inputs, customer contracts, process documentation, and cross-functional communications. Provides hands-on event setup and execution while supporting channel marketing initiatives and customer-specific projects.

Leads strategic sourcing for ingredients and packaging, including category strategies, competitive sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost savings, risk mitigation, supply continuity, and supplier relationship management. Partners with Product Development, Quality, Marketing, Finance, Sustainability, and Supply Chain to support new product launches and responsible sourcing. Develops market intelligence, financial models, sourcing processes, and team capabilities while managing complex categories and initiatives.

Supports brand strategy and product-line performance for Califia Farms. Analyzes category, consumer, competitive, syndicated, panel, sales, and research data to identify opportunities. Leads cross-functional innovation and renovation projects from concept through commercialization, develops packaging and marketing assets, executes programs, manages project timelines, and tracks marketing budgets.
