Manages financial operations for land development and homebuilding projects, including job costing, budgeting, project draws, budget-to-actual variance tracking, invoice coding, reporting, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close support. Coordinates with development, construction, lenders, investors, vendors, and auditors while improving financial reporting and draw processes.

Lead and maintain site safety by enforcing WorkSafeBC and company safety programs, performing daily inspections, delivering orientations and toolbox talks, managing PPE/first-aid responses and documentation, and supporting corrective actions to keep the construction site organized and incident-free.

Oversee health and safety compliance on a multi-residential construction site. Conduct daily inspections, identify and mitigate hazards, maintain safety documentation and certifications, manage PPE and equipment records, lead orientations and weekly toolbox meetings, and administer first aid and incident corrective actions. The officer may stop work when safety policies are not met and reports to the Site Superintendent and Project Manager.

Support construction projects by coordinating site activity, schedules, permits, trade communication, quality control, documentation, progress draws, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects meet codes, safety, and quality standards.
