Teams at Caliber Projects

Lead day-to-day advancement of development projects through feasibility, municipal approvals, consultant coordination, and pre-construction planning. Manage consultant teams, schedules, budgets, and reporting; support due diligence, permitting, and land title/legal processes; liaise with construction, finance, sales, marketing, and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

Support construction projects by coordinating site activity, schedules, permits, trade communication, quality control, documentation, progress draws, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects meet codes, safety, and quality standards.

Lead and maintain site safety by enforcing WorkSafeBC and company safety programs, performing daily inspections, delivering orientations and toolbox talks, managing PPE/first-aid responses and documentation, and supporting corrective actions to keep the construction site organized and incident-free.
