Supervise admissions and scheduling staff; manage staffing and schedules; verify and review patient admission information; handle complaints; perform evaluations and disciplinary actions; train new staff; maintain policies and confidentiality; distribute reports; participate in meetings and committees; support inpatient, outpatient, and ER admitting processes.

Process and submit clinic claims, manage account aging and collections, respond to payer/patient inquiries, resolve denials and appeals, maintain accurate billing records and reports, ensure compliance with payer regulations and organizational policies, and support audits and performance improvement.

Perform diagnostic echocardiography per cardiologist protocols: explain and position patients, acquire and review images, administer contrast as needed, transmit studies for interpretation, manage daily schedule, and participate in continuing education.

Direct and optimize the hospital revenue cycle including billing, collections, cash posting, denials/appeals, compliance with payer and government regulations, KPI monitoring, contract management (Trubridge), interdepartmental coordination, staff leadership, and reporting to executive leadership to maximize reimbursement and cash flow.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for all HR functions at a hospital: workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, compliance with employment laws, training and development, HRIS and payroll coordination, and HR metrics reporting. Partner with the CEO and leaders to support culture, engagement, and regulatory adherence.

Perform specimen collection and clinical laboratory testing across departments, ensure quality control and maintenance, evaluate and report patient results, follow lab policies, assist with training, maintain safety and confidentiality, and work required shifts.
