Evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, administers physical therapy, monitors progress, educates patients and caregivers, documents care, collaborates with rehabilitation teams, and supervises PTAs and support staff. Provides treatment for neurological, burn/wound, musculoskeletal, acute, and chronic physical disabilities while promoting mobility, independence, pain reduction, and wellness.

Provides scheduled pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, confidential documents, legal records, and reports. Safely operates a company vehicle, follows traffic laws, manages pickup schedules electronically, evaluates routes and weather conditions, and coordinates additional deliveries with management. The role requires customer service, communication, independent work, physical lifting up to 50 pounds, and availability during scheduled daytime operating hours.

Obtain pre-certifications and pre-authorizations from payers, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, schedule outpatient testing, transcribe and triage patient calls, confirm CPT/ICD-10 codes, initiate appeals for denied authorizations, and document communications.

Process and submit clinic claims, manage account aging and collections, respond to payer/patient inquiries, resolve denials and appeals, maintain accurate billing records and reports, ensure compliance with payer regulations and organizational policies, and support audits and performance improvement.

Manage daily laboratory operations, safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Supervise phlebotomists and lab technicians, oversee budgeting, purchasing, personnel scheduling, staff training and evaluations, proficiency testing, and reporting. Ensure accurate testing, instrument maintenance, and patient confidentiality while coordinating with clinical departments and external customers.

Perform specimen collection and clinical laboratory testing across departments, ensure quality control and maintenance, evaluate and report patient results, follow lab policies, assist with training, maintain safety and confidentiality, and work required shifts.
