Owns complex projects, coordinates multifunctional teams, supports presentations and competitive analysis, tracks budgets and forecasts, participates in Medical/Legal/Regulatory reviews, and monitors market and advertising trends. Provides clear communication, builds client trust, and develops mentoring and management capabilities.

Lead client relationships and medical communication strategy for pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients. Oversee development and execution of medical education, scientific publications, and promotional content; manage cross-functional teams, financial forecasting, profitability, and staff utilization. Drive account growth, mentor and develop team members, ensure regulatory and scientific accuracy, and maintain client satisfaction. Travel up to 25% as required.

Lead day-to-day client relationships and ensure tactical work aligns with strategy and budgets. Manage and mentor account team members, present strategic POVs, drive organic growth, handle financial forecasts, reconciliations and billing, and stay current on advertising platforms and product/market knowledge. Travel up to 35%.
