The Account Supervisor manages client relationships, oversees multichannel marketing initiatives, and ensures compliance while mentoring junior team members.

Lead cross-functional project and brand delivery from conception through implementation. Own process adherence, budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and risk management. Supervise and develop direct reports, validate schedules and SOWs, and ensure multichannel deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements including med/legal and FDA 2253/OPDP submissions.

Lead and supervise multiple project managers across brands and clients to deliver multichannel work on time, on budget, and on strategy. Validate schedules, SOWs, timelines, and resource allocation; manage estimating, budgeting, and profitability; identify and mitigate project risks; collaborate with cross-functional and finance teams; forecast staffing needs; mentor direct reports and drive process improvements.
