Own daily trade, settlement, custody, and reconciliation workflows across exchanges, wallets, and internal ledgers. Investigate discrepancies, implement controls, improve processes, and develop automation and monitoring. Coordinate operational projects, exchange onboarding, system testing, documentation, and issue resolution with Engineering, Trading, Treasury, and Finance. The role requires SQL analysis, cryptocurrency infrastructure knowledge, sound judgment, cross-functional communication, and rotating coverage of global trading hours.

Lead institutional client acquisition and growth by selling crypto liquidity and trading solutions. Manage end-to-end sales cycles, own P&L targets, use CRM for pipeline forecasting, advise clients on derivatives, algorithmic strategies, market-making and DeFi/CeFi mechanics, and collaborate with trading, technology, operations, and marketing teams to onboard and scale business.

Build and improve low-latency trading platform tooling, monitoring, alerting, deployment automation, and observability. Support production incidents, maintain essential services, tune kernel-bypass networking and end-to-end latency, establish performance baselines, and participate in an on-call rotation. The role requires close collaboration with trading desks and service owners in a Linux-based environment.
