Lead institutional client acquisition and growth by selling crypto liquidity and trading solutions. Manage end-to-end sales cycles, own P&L targets, use CRM for pipeline forecasting, advise clients on derivatives, algorithmic strategies, market-making and DeFi/CeFi mechanics, and collaborate with trading, technology, operations, and marketing teams to onboard and scale business.

The Post Trade Operations Specialist executes and monitors settlements, performs reconciliations, manages trade details, and collaborates on operational workflows.

Build and improve low-latency trading platform tooling, monitoring, alerting, deployment automation, and observability. Support production incidents, maintain essential services, tune kernel-bypass networking and end-to-end latency, establish performance baselines, and participate in an on-call rotation. The role requires close collaboration with trading desks and service owners in a Linux-based environment.
