Leads FP&A for the Fraud & Security Solutions business, including global reporting, forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis, bookings and quota analysis, commissions, inventory reserves, headcount planning, and strategic financial support for senior leaders.

Prospect, manage, and close mid-market B2B software deals. Execute regional sales plans, qualify leads, run full sales cycles with presales support, engage decision-makers, and meet quota while leveraging marketing and market intelligence.

Prospect into banks, credit unions, and financial institutions to generate qualified enterprise SaaS opportunities. Research target accounts, conduct personalized outbound outreach, engage senior banking stakeholders, qualify business needs and buying processes, position branch workforce management and appointment booking solutions, and collaborate with account executives, consultants, marketing, and product teams. Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline data while supporting events, executive briefings, and high-quality sales handoffs.

Design, build, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI systems, including LLM applications, autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, machine-learning models, data and inference pipelines, and evaluation frameworks. Develop secure, scalable AI services using retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, orchestration, and model fine-tuning. Monitor reliability, performance, safety, cost, and business outcomes while applying governance, observability, and responsible AI practices.

Designs, implements, maintains, and optimizes enterprise database systems. Owns domain models, schemas, data integration, query performance, security, backup and recovery, capacity planning, and database documentation. Supports reporting and analytics while collaborating with application, data, and infrastructure teams. Establishes database standards and serves as the senior technical authority for cross-product data mapping and integration.

Lead architecture, design, implementation, and deployment of cloud-based full-stack solutions. Mentor engineers, drive cross-team technical strategy, improve performance, reliability, and developer practices, and collaborate with product owners and customers to deliver scalable, secure, high-quality features.
