Build and maintain financial models, analyze feasibility and costs, prepare financing applications, review transaction documents, track timelines, and coordinate with developers, lenders, agencies, and internal teams to ensure regulatory and financing compliance.

Manage the daily operation of an affordable senior housing community, including leasing, rent collection, resident certifications, file maintenance, compliance, and property administration. Serve as the primary resident contact, oversee maintenance activities, coordinate vendors and contractors, and ensure apartments and grounds are maintained. Support occupancy, financial performance, organization, communication, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Manage daily operations of an affordable housing community including leasing, rent collection, certifications/recertifications, resident files, compliance, and property administration. Oversee maintenance, coordinate vendors/contractors, ensure apartments and grounds are maintained, and work to keep occupancy, compliance, and financial performance strong.
