Manages accounts payable activities, including accurate and timely invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliation, and vendor relationship management. Provides software support and solutions to staff, identifies training needs, develops training plans, and designs, coordinates, and delivers business systems training. Oversees rent adjustments, utility allowances, and maximum allowable rents across affordable housing communities. Ensures LIHTC and regulatory compliance, maintains accurate rent schedules, supports budgeting and forecasting, manages regulatory submissions, and provides portfolio reporting and revenue optimization insights. Collaborates with property management, accounting, operations, and other internal teams to assess financial impacts and support portfolio performance.
