Coordinate and deploy promotions and customer events: plan timelines and documentation, set up CMS and event systems, communicate with operations, handle guest interactions and prize processing, track event costs and purchase requisitions, ensure safety, security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance, and support gaming analytics as needed. Must work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Perform kitchen support duties including washing and storing dishes and cookware, receiving and delivering stock, cleaning kitchen areas, removing trash, assisting with events, handling routine customer issues, and following safety and company policies. Must work flexible shifts.

Supervise table games operations and pit personnel, enforce casino rules and Title 31, handle guest disputes and service recovery, manage table inventories, issue and track gaming equipment, promote club/events, and ensure team motivation and compliance.
