Own the design system, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, conduct user testing, analyze research and data, and ensure development fidelity. Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, brand, creative, executives, and external development partners to deliver intuitive, polished digital experiences within seasonal production timelines.

Reviews digital orders for quality, troubleshoots fulfillment issues, builds and submits print orders, tracks job status, handles customer requests, and creates print files using templates and Photoshop retouching. Coordinates with internal teams and vendors to keep production on schedule. This entry-level, on-site role provides training and requires strong attention to detail, communication, and adaptability.

Manages relationships with assigned schools as the primary contact, providing support, maintaining account information, scheduling photography events, coordinating Picture Days and Senior Roadshows, and collaborating with sales, studio, and production teams. Responsibilities include onboarding new schools, tracking interactions, resolving issues, and supporting school-based projects. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service or account management experience.

Owns marketing performance reporting, attribution, forecasting, experimentation, and marketing technology optimization. Analyzes full-funnel and lifecycle campaign performance using GA4, SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, and DOMO. Builds forecasting and scenario models, dashboards, attribution frameworks, and KPI variance analyses; maintains tracking architecture and data integrity; partners with Finance, Engineering, and channel owners to improve conversion, acquisition efficiency, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
