Perform quality control on student and client data: audit records for missing or duplicate values, compare data sources, correct errors in systems/spreadsheets, follow validation rules, and communicate findings to internal teams to maintain accurate, reliable data.

Provide administrative support to Photography Operations Managers by creating weekly schedules, allocating staff to events, reviewing timesheets and expenses, assisting with hiring and onboarding, maintaining HR and process documentation, and responding to employee communications promptly.

Analyzes full-funnel marketing performance, attribution, lifecycle campaigns, forecasting, and revenue impact. Builds SQL-driven dashboards and models, manages GA4 and GTM measurement frameworks, supports marketing technology infrastructure, and designs A/B tests. Partners with Finance, Data, Engineering, and channel owners to improve acquisition, conversion, customer lifetime value, budget allocation, and reporting accuracy.
