Teams at CADY

Perform quality control on student and client data: audit records for missing or duplicate values, compare data sources, correct errors in systems/spreadsheets, follow validation rules, and communicate findings to internal teams to maintain accurate, reliable data.

Retouch and edit high volumes of school photographs to CADY standards using Photoshop and Lightroom. QA vendor work, document corrections, track job progress in CADY tools, and prioritize workflows to meet SLAs while escalating quality or workflow issues.

Support the Photography Operations Manager by coordinating photographers, schedules, equipment, and event logistics. Help hire, train, coach staff, maintain workflows and equipment, track KPI reports, and ensure high-quality customer service and image processing.
