Operate and set up CNC machines to produce precision components from engineering specifications. Load tools, fixtures, and materials; monitor machine performance; make directed tool, offset, and program adjustments; inspect parts using precision measuring instruments; perform basic maintenance; document production records; identify issues; and follow safety and housekeeping procedures while developing skills under senior machinist guidance.

Evaluates and improves manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, workflows, layouts, quality, yields, costs, and production volume. Manages projects, timelines, and resources; mentors Process Engineers I; develops corrective actions, reports, quotes, and job-costing reviews; and supports Lean manufacturing initiatives while maintaining safe, reliable production systems.

Manages project timelines and resources, guides Process Engineers I, develops corrective actions and process reports, supports quoting and job costing, and participates in Lean manufacturing initiatives while maintaining safe and reliable production systems.

Oversee manufacturing operations, production planning, quality, safety, inventory, budgets, and workforce leadership. Drive efficiency, reduce waste, optimize throughput, and meet production targets through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Allocate labor, equipment, and materials; monitor production metrics; ensure regulatory compliance; and provide recommendations to improve quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Oversee manufacturing operations, production planning, quality, safety, inventory, budgets, and workforce leadership. Investigate customer and vendor discrepancies, maintain master data, prepare reports, support audits and intercompany transactions, and improve transaction-processing efficiency. The role also handles customer and vendor inquiries and provides cross-functional training across AP, AR, and cash application activities.

Process vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor records, prepare weekly payments (ACH, checks, wires), code employee expenses, produce A/P reports and accruals, set up vendors, prepare 1099s, and support ad hoc payable projects while communicating with internal teams and vendors.

Oversee all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and supply chain. Set production schedules, meet targets, control costs, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), manage budgets and staffing, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

Manage and maintain engineering processes for high-volume manufacturing. Support pricing, estimating, NPI, process improvements, vendor and client consultations, budgeting, staffing, and cross-functional coordination to optimize production and reduce costs.

Program and optimize CNC machines using CAD/CAM (e.g., Mastercam, GibbsCAM) and G/M-code; interpret engineering drawings; conduct test runs and simulations; troubleshoot tooling and equipment; document setups and programs; collaborate with engineering, production, and quality; and train junior programmers while adhering to safety protocols.

Lead and maintain quality engineering processes across manufacturing: implement SPC and APQP, perform root cause analysis and CAPA, conduct audits, manage large projects, support failure analysis/MRB, develop quality metrics and training, and apply DOE/DFM/FMEA/GD&T and Six Sigma methods to improve product and process quality.

Manage master production scheduling from purchasing through production to meet delivery, inventory, and distribution goals. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and customer service to resolve bottlenecks, adjust orders, and monitor supply constraints. Lead and develop the scheduling department, prepare production reports, and communicate daily/weekly/monthly goals.

The Process Engineer II evaluates and improves manufacturing processes, manages projects, and leads team oversight to enhance production efficiency and quality standards.

Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machines and tooling for production. Verify part accuracy with precision measuring tools, read blueprints, troubleshoot process problems, train/assist operators, maintain equipment and documentation, and ensure quality and productivity.
