Lead QA in a high-volume manufacturing environment: define control points, monitor procedures, drive CAPA, validate processes and specs, conduct audits, support NPI and engineering changes, liaise with suppliers/customers, and implement continuous improvement.

Lead site finance for a Mukilteo manufacturing facility: own site P&L, monthly close, standard costing, forecasting, inventory and working capital oversight. Lead and maintain quality engineering processes across manufacturing: implement SPC and APQP, perform root cause analysis and CAPA, conduct audits, manage large projects, support failure analysis/MRB, develop quality metrics and training, and apply DOE/DFM/FMEA/GD&T and Six Sigma methods to improve product and process quality.

Create and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, capacity, and inventory; coordinate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain and procurement; analyze production data; adjust schedules to meet changes; communicate with stakeholders; track performance and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Manage master production scheduling from purchasing through production to meet delivery, inventory, and distribution goals. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and customer service to resolve bottlenecks, adjust orders, and monitor supply constraints. Lead and develop the scheduling department, prepare production reports, and communicate daily/weekly/monthly goals.

Operate and maintain CNC machines, perform complex setups, troubleshoot issues, conduct precision quality inspections, perform routine maintenance, document production records, and collaborate with production, programming and engineering to meet quality and output targets while following safety protocols.

Supervise and motivate production staff to meet quality, productivity, safety, and cost goals. Manage performance metrics, visual controls, inventory, and schedules. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, identify and correct production bottlenecks and defects, provide on-floor training, and drive continuous improvement.

Set up, program (using CAD/CAM), and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce precision metal and nonmetal parts. Develop and verify CNC programs, optimize toolpaths, troubleshoot machining issues, lead machining projects, collaborate with engineering and quality teams, mentor junior operators, and perform routine machine maintenance while adhering to safety protocols.

The Process Engineer II evaluates and improves manufacturing processes, manages projects, and leads team oversight to enhance production efficiency and quality standards.

CNC Programmer III will utilize CAD/CAM software to program and operate CNC machines, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with teams, and mentor junior staff in a manufacturing environment.

Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machines and tooling for production. Verify part accuracy with precision measuring tools, read blueprints, troubleshoot process problems, train/assist operators, maintain equipment and documentation, and ensure quality and productivity.

Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision components per engineering drawings. Set up machines, load tools and materials, perform routine quality inspections with precision instruments, make basic program/tool adjustments, conduct basic maintenance, document production records, and collaborate with senior machinists to develop skills.

The Site Controller manages accounting functions, financial reporting, supervises staff, and supports operations in a manufacturing plant.

Process vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor records, prepare weekly payments (ACH, checks, wires), code employee expenses, produce A/P reports and accruals, set up vendors, prepare 1099s, and support ad hoc payable projects while communicating with internal teams and vendors.

Oversee all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and supply chain. Set production schedules, meet targets, control costs, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), manage budgets and staffing, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
