Set up, adjust, and align deburring and tapping machines for production; troubleshoot and improve processes; perform inspections and documentation; train and assist operators; maintain equipment and ensure material quality and production flow.

Create and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, capacity, and inventory; coordinate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain and procurement; analyze production data; adjust schedules to meet changes; communicate with stakeholders; track performance and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Manage master production scheduling from purchasing through production to meet delivery, inventory, and distribution goals. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and customer service to resolve bottlenecks, adjust orders, and monitor supply constraints. Lead and develop the scheduling department, prepare production reports, and communicate daily/weekly/monthly goals.
