Manages US headquarters financial transactions, journals, reconciliations, data entry, billing, accounts receivable, expenses, cost accounting, and month-end activities. Supports periodic accounts, group reporting, audits, financial analysis, and internal management reporting. The role also helps implement scalable finance processes, ensure compliance with US GAAP, collaborate across departments, and identify process efficiencies.

Leads Cadillac F1 Team’s global tax strategy, governance, compliance, reporting, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions. Oversees corporate, international, employment, transfer pricing, indirect, US, and European tax matters; R&D tax credit submissions; tax authority audits; forecasting; internal controls; and external advisor relationships. Advises senior leadership on tax implications, manages the tax team, supports finance strategy, and ensures accurate tax ledgers and timely compliance.

Lead design and development of high-performance mechanical components (suspension, brakes, dampers, steering), owning projects from concept through manufacture, testing, and trackside validation. Produce mature CAD layouts and detailed designs, ensure manufacturability and integration across aerodynamics, performance, and manufacturing teams, mentor engineers, apply new materials and processes (including additive manufacturing and AI tools), and maintain rigorous documentation and quality standards.

Design composite components and tooling for top-tier motorsport: create detailed CAD models and drawings, prepare manufacturing information, liaise with manufacturers, and mentor Graduate Designers to ensure high-quality production.

Design mechanical components and assemblies for a Formula 1 team, develop layouts and production information, manage project risks, support delivery targets, and mentor Graduate Mechanical Designers while ensuring best design and manufacturing practices.

Provide cost insight and modeling for components, assemblies, tooling and programmes. Support early-phase cost estimation, influence design-for-cost, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and maintain cost models to improve predictability and efficiency under Cost Cap constraints.

Own and improve finance systems, controls, and core accounting processes. The role involves configuring and maintaining systems, identifying process gaps, driving automation and digitalisation, strengthening internal controls, documenting workflows, supporting training, and partnering with Finance, Operations, IT, and Engineering stakeholders. The accountant will act as a systems subject matter expert and translate system capabilities into practical, scalable process improvements.

Develop and improve CFD methodologies, validate numerical methods and turbulence models, and build robust automated workflows to support aerodynamic performance. Collaborate with aerodynamicists, software and process engineers, communicate results to stakeholders, and support technical growth within the CFD group.

Lead aerodynamic development by analysing CFD and wind-tunnel data, defining aerodynamic structures, proposing and implementing new methods, coordinating development plans with management, contributing to whole-car performance discussions, and communicating findings to the Lead Engineer.
