Lead design and development of high-performance mechanical components (suspension, brakes, dampers, steering), owning projects from concept through manufacture, testing, and trackside validation. Own and improve finance systems and core processes, strengthen internal controls, drive automation and digitalisation, partner with Finance and cross-functional teams, document processes, and support training and change management to scale operations.

Provide cost insight and modeling for components, assemblies, tooling and programmes. Support early-phase cost estimation, influence design-for-cost, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and maintain cost models to improve predictability and efficiency under Cost Cap constraints.

Manage journal and banking entries, perform reconciliations, support month-end close, track fixed assets, prepare financial reports and analyses, assist audits, and contribute budgeting/forecasting and process improvement initiatives.
