Lead technical strategy for aerodynamic modeling and simulation to improve correlation between CFD, wind tunnel, and track data. Drive simulation strategy, enhance predictive capability of tools, and strengthen decision-making to increase on-track development hit rate. Partner with Aerodynamics, Vehicle Performance, Data Science, and Trackside Engineering and report insights and risks to senior stakeholders.

Provide trackside electronic systems support for car operation: prepare, configure and calibrate data-logging and automotive electronics, resolve faults, ensure data accuracy, follow trackside procedures, and drive continuous operational improvements.

Manage, optimise, and maintain HPC infrastructure for CFD, simulation, and analytics. Collaborate with aerodynamics and engineering teams, tune clusters and applications, deploy and scale engineering toolchains, implement monitoring and automation, and contribute to long-term HPC roadmap and hardware lifecycle planning.

Lead aerodynamic development by analysing CFD and wind-tunnel data, defining aerodynamic structures, proposing and implementing new methods, coordinating development plans with management, contributing to whole-car performance discussions, and communicating findings to the Lead Engineer.

Provide cost insight and modeling for components, assemblies, tooling and programmes. Support early-phase cost estimation, influence design-for-cost, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and maintain cost models to improve predictability and efficiency under Cost Cap constraints.

Develop, test, and maintain full‑stack custom software tools for the Aerodynamics department. Gather requirements from engineers, deliver features from concept to deployment, support databases, backend services, APIs and UIs, drive optimisation and reliability, and apply software engineering best practices including testing, version control and documentation.

Design composite components and tooling for top-tier motorsport: create detailed CAD models and drawings, prepare manufacturing information, liaise with manufacturers, and mentor Graduate Designers to ensure high-quality production.

Coordinate complex domestic and international travel for the Commercial team, handling flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, passports, international driving permits, reconciliations, supplier relationships, and urgent travel changes while ensuring policy and budget compliance and high service to senior stakeholders.

Provide confidential executive support to the Chief Legal Officer and Legal Team: manage diary and communications, prepare meeting materials and minutes, coordinate travel and team logistics, draft and file standard legal documents (e.g., NDAs), maintain records, handle purchasing and expenses, liaise with external law firms and suppliers, and support governance, compliance and team engagement activities.

Design and deliver mechanical and electromechanical systems for the team's 60% wind tunnel model and test facility. Produce high-quality CAD parts, perform FEA and structural validation, liaise with aero stakeholders, research new materials and manufacturing methods (including composites), and contribute to design standards and processes.

Support race strategy preparation and execution, assist development of strategy tools, systems, and operational processes, perform pre/post-event data analysis and reporting, collaborate with Performance and Race Engineering, and produce clear visualisations and reports to communicate insights.

Design mechanical components and assemblies for a Formula 1 team, develop layouts and production information, manage project risks, support delivery targets, and mentor Graduate Mechanical Designers while ensuring best design and manufacturing practices.

Coordinate commercial and business intelligence projects across Partnerships, Marketing, Brand, Events, and Racing. Track timelines, deliverables, and partnership obligations; maintain records and reports; support partner activations, events, presentations, logistics, and process improvements to ensure successful commercial outcomes.

Develop and implement numerical methods and multibody dynamics algorithms; build physics-based mechanical and 1D hydraulic system models from first principles; implement efficient simulation software; collaborate with domain experts; support model validation, system identification, and toolchain optimization.

Lead operational planning and execution for F1 car projects from design release to track delivery. Define production schedules, align resources, estimate costs, identify risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams (Production, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Test & Validation) to deliver launch and in-season developments on time. Collaborate with Programme and Technical offices to maintain integrated plans, drive decisions under pressure, and champion efficiency improvements.

Lead a team delivering vehicle performance simulation, model development, and simulator operations. Drive short- and long-term performance initiatives, collaborate with design, aero, strategy and race engineering, implement simulation tools, support race event analysis, and develop reporting and documentation processes to optimize vehicle dynamics and tire models.

Provide aerodynamic input for correlation between track, wind tunnel and CFD data to improve car performance. Develop methods, tools and strategies for aero correlation, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with Aero Development, Aero Test, CFD and vehicle performance teams, and communicate findings to stakeholders to support performance upgrades.
