Teams at Cadillac Formula 1 Team

Supports the design and development of mechanical and electromechanical systems for a Formula 1 wind tunnel model, test facility, and aero instrumentation. Responsibilities include creating mechanical parts, reviewing designs, improving system performance and reliability, applying FEA for validation, researching materials and technologies, and contributing to design processes and procedures.

Lead CAM programmers and oversee CNC programming operations for complex 5-axis milling components. Develop, optimize, validate, and simulate toolpaths; improve machining workflows, tooling, and manufacturability; maintain programming standards and documentation; and collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet manufacturing goals.

Owns IFS ERP support and improvement across supply chain and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, troubleshooting, system configuration and customization, testing and UAT, operational reporting, user training, documentation, and compliance support. The analyst works across shop-floor and leadership teams, supporting modules including procurement, warehousing, inventory, quality, manufacturing, shop orders, product structures, routings, and shipments.
