Guide customers through vehicle selection, demonstrations, test drives, financing, paperwork, and delivery. Track interactions in a CRM, present finance products, maintain customer satisfaction, follow up with prospects, support business development, and complete product training. The role requires strong communication, customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, bilingual ability, and successful completion of background, MVR, and drug screenings.
