Collects past-due B2B accounts through phone, email, and postal correspondence. Responsibilities include negotiating payments and settlements, resolving disputes, updating collection systems, meeting revenue and productivity goals, maintaining confidential records, communicating with clients, supporting coworkers, and identifying process improvements. The role is fully remote, Monday through Friday, with no travel or supervisory responsibilities.

Collects past-due business account balances by phone and email, resolves credits and disputes, negotiates payment plans, updates collection records, maintains accurate documentation, and meets collection, productivity, quality, and revenue goals. Provides professional client service, protects confidential information, follows client procedures, and collaborates with internal and global teams. Paid training is provided, with weekday, onsite work in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Supports 1st and 3rd Party operations through customer email communication, document retrieval and archiving, account updates, client reporting, mailroom support, voicemail routing, procedure maintenance, data entry, and process improvement. The role requires accurate documentation, timely coordination with internal teams and clients, confidentiality, and professional communication. It is a full-time hybrid or office-based position with no expected travel and no supervisory responsibilities.
