Travel up to 30% and act as a trusted advisor to grow and maintain healthy group participation.

Collect past-due B2B accounts via phone, email, and mail to meet revenue goals. Negotiate payments and settlements, update proprietary systems, follow client-specific handling instructions, maintain accurate records, support teammates, and pursue process improvements while providing professional customer service.

Manage litigation from filing through resolution, liaise with outside counsel and clients, monitor court deadlines, review filings, coordinate post-judgment actions (garnishments, liens), maintain detailed documentation, identify and escalate risks, and recommend process improvements while supporting team training and projects.
