Advise self-service clients on DSP capabilities, programmatic campaign strategy, optimization, measurement, and platform adoption. Lead client onboarding and training, analyze usage and campaign performance, recommend improvements, promote feature adoption, and support retention and revenue growth. Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Product, and Partnerships to design solutions, communicate client feedback, and translate complex platform capabilities into practical best practices.

Lead Cadent’s event marketing strategy, portfolio, budget, sponsorships, client experiences, executive programs, and onsite execution. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, and executives to create industry events that build brand awareness, deepen relationships, influence pipeline, and generate measurable business impact. Manage vendors, production partners, event logistics, KPIs, Salesforce tracking, ROI reporting, and post-event optimization. Regular travel and onsite event leadership are required.
