The role requires effective communication across departments, organization, sound judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or workflow systems.

Own day-to-day operations of a Utah-domiciled P&C carrier including state licensing and DOI filings, NAIC statutory statement preparation, ERM maintenance, board and compliance support, reinsurance operations, and coordination with outside advisors. Provide operational project support across group entities, improve finance and compliance processes, and build documentation and redundancy.
