The role requires effective communication across departments, organization, sound judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or workflow systems.

Provide phone, email, and chat support to authorized agents and dealership partners; manage requests via CRM; ensure onboarding and training completion; deliver technical guidance for the dealer portal (including Zoom sessions); maintain fast response times and high-quality client service.

Own day-to-day operations of a Utah-domiciled P&C carrier including state licensing and DOI filings, NAIC statutory statement preparation, ERM maintenance, board and compliance support, reinsurance operations, and coordination with outside advisors. Provide operational project support across group entities, improve finance and compliance processes, and build documentation and redundancy.
