Leads and scales C3 AI’s Americas Forward Deployed Engineering organization, overseeing 50–100 engineers and multiple FDE managers. Owns technical execution, customer delivery, architecture, engineering standards, staffing, talent development, organizational performance, and executive communication. Partners with sales, product, platform, engineering, and industry leaders to deliver production-quality enterprise AI applications, resolve escalations, and translate customer needs into scalable solutions. Travel to customer and company locations is required.

Own services operations including staffing, forecasting, capacity planning, utilization, margin analysis, reporting, escalations, and vendor management. Build and maintain AI agents, dashboards, and internal applications that automate delivery workflows. Manage tooling integrations, reliability, deployment, and ongoing iteration while translating operational needs between delivery leadership, engineering, and finance. Support planning, org design, process changes, and staff training.

Owns Federal release-gate security evidence, Continuous Monitoring automation, FedRAMP boundary coordination, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with STIG, SCAP, FIPS, NIST, and other Federal requirements. Manages hardened container registries, supports defense and intelligence projects, triages customer-reported vulnerabilities, and collaborates with product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to implement security controls throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Drives feature-level strategy, requirements, roadmap planning, execution, and deployment for C3 Generative AI products. Collaborates with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customers to translate technical and market needs into product specifications and software capabilities. Conducts customer scoping sessions, demos, and analyst presentations, while supporting marketing collateral and feature releases.

Manage day-to-day operations of C3 AI’s Guadalajara office onsite. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, coordinating access protocols, supporting facilities requests, managing office supplies and equipment, organizing events, assisting with new-hire onboarding, and supporting executive visits. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, prioritization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

The Vice President of Marketing will lead global brand, demand generation, ABM, field and partner marketing, developer relations, positioning, product launches, PR, and events. The role owns pipeline generation, marketing attribution, CAC, budget allocation, sales alignment, partner co-marketing, and team development. Reporting to the CEO, this hands-on, in-office leader will strengthen marketing execution, communicate the value of C3 AI’s enterprise platform, and drive measurable brand and revenue impact.

Software Engineer Interns will design, develop, and maintain scalable AI applications; build internal tools for analyzing large-scale data; collaborate with Product and Engineering teams; and lead application development end to end. Interns will join Platform or Forward Deployed Engineering teams and contribute production code while applying object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, profiling, and optimization skills.

Support development of AI-powered enterprise applications by designing and deploying machine learning algorithms for industrial use cases such as fraud detection and predictive maintenance. Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, subject matter experts, and customers to identify, validate, and interpret data. Apply scalable machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI techniques on the C3 Agentic AI Platform.

Senior Commercial Counsel will support sales and alliances by structuring, drafting, negotiating, and completing complex commercial and partner transactions. The role advises management and collaborates with sales, services, and product teams; ensures agreements comply with AI, data privacy, trade, consumer protection, and industry regulations; and improves contract templates, playbooks, and policies. The position is onsite five days per week in Redwood City, California.

Counsel on global employment, litigation, and regulatory/privacy matters. Lead employment law projects, draft policies and agreements, manage disputes and outside counsel, conduct investigations, implement privacy and AI compliance programs, advise stakeholders, and provide training and audits to ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the company.

Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, vendor payments, onboarding, payment scheduling, and month-end close support. Maintain AP controls, reconciliations, accruals, aging reports, and audit-ready records. Drive procure-to-pay process improvements through NetSuite, Coupa, automation, and AI tools. Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Treasury, FP&A, auditors, and Finance leadership while presenting AP metrics and supporting accurate, compliant reporting.
