Counsel on global employment, litigation, and regulatory/privacy matters. Lead employment law projects, draft policies and agreements, manage disputes and outside counsel, conduct investigations, implement privacy and AI compliance programs, advise stakeholders, and provide training and audits to ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the company.

Lead delivery and growth across a portfolio of strategic enterprise AI accounts: set technical and commercial roadmaps, manage escalations, hire and develop FDE teams, scope technical work, drive pilot-to-production adoption, and codify reusable delivery playbooks.
