Manage and administer the SaaS finance and business applications portfolio (NetSuite-centric). Own integrations, SSO/SCIM provisioning, SOX change management, access governance, vendor relationships, Jira backlog triage, audit support, and automation through scripting and APIs. Serve as the technical bridge between Finance, Accounting, Legal, and IT.

Lead and scale a global customer support engineering team for enterprise AI SaaS/PaaS products. Define support processes, KPIs, and roadmap; manage incident resolution, product upgrades, diagnostics, and cross-functional escalation; recruit and retain talent to meet customer satisfaction goals.

The Senior Director will drive adoption of C3 AI's products in the Maritime Industrial Base, focusing on relationship building and sales strategy execution to achieve revenue growth.
