Teams at C3 AI

Design, implement, and deploy enterprise-scale AI and agentic solutions on the C3 AI Platform. Partner with customers to build and scale AI applications, analyze model performance, diagnose issues, and collaborate with engineers and subject-matter experts to source and validate data assets.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for automating deployments of an enterprise AI platform across C3-managed, customer, and Federal clouds. Define deployment automation features, KPIs, and backlog; ensure multi-cloud and FedRAMP/DoD compliance; partner with Engineering, Cloud Ops, and Field teams to improve deployment repeatability, tenant onboarding, and operational readiness; and prioritize investments to scale reliable, secure, and auditable platform releases to all target environments.

Design, build, and operate the C3 Agentic AI Platform for production AI agents. Architect scalable, reliable distributed systems; improve agent accuracy, performance, and safety; implement guardrails, auditability, and rollback; collaborate with data scientists and product owners; own end-to-end projects and mentor junior engineers.
