Teams at C3 AI

Design, develop, debug, test, and deploy scalable AI-based enterprise applications on the C3 Agentic AI Platform for U.S. federal customers. Build tools for analyzing large-scale data, assess technical risks, create documentation, and support demonstrations, proofs-of-technology, trials, and customer training. Collaborate directly with customers and senior engineers in a full-stack engineering role.

Operate and maintain a disconnected C3 AI Platform deployment at a secure government facility. Responsibilities include monitoring system health, responding to incidents, troubleshooting Linux and Kubernetes environments, performing offline upgrades and patches, automating operations, creating runbooks, supporting customer applications, and translating customer needs into technical enhancements. The role requires customer-facing communication, on-site work, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.

Deploys, operates, and improves scalable, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include maximizing uptime, building monitoring and alerting, troubleshooting critical services and Kubernetes workloads, automating system updates, creating infrastructure and deployment tooling, and collaborating with Services and Engineering teams. The role requires expertise in Linux, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, databases, configuration management, scripting, and infrastructure as code.
