Build and grow C3 AI’s management-consulting alliance with McKinsey. Responsibilities include developing consulting relationships, executing joint go-to-market plans, generating partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, supporting solution development and account pursuits, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking alliance KPIs, and representing C3 AI in partner and customer engagements.

Design C3 AI applications and support the design system by researching customer needs, prototyping AI-enabled experiences, documenting concepts, collaborating with product and design teams, and promoting design best practices. The role emphasizes strong visual craft, pixel-perfect execution, accessibility, data-informed decisions, stakeholder communication, and consistent user experiences across products.

Lead quota-carrying sales for C3 AI’s federal civilian sector business. Develop account strategies, build relationships with senior agency stakeholders, identify AI use cases, navigate procurement processes, drive digital transformation initiatives, and grow revenue through strategic selling and partnerships. Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and alliance teams while managing customer engagement plans. Travel to customer sites up to 50% or more as needed.
