Lead and grow the operations team to ensure facility and equipment availability for a quantum computing lab. Own preventive maintenance, reliability programs, monitoring dashboards, vendor management, budgets, on-call/shift coverage, safety and incident response, and readiness for new facilities.

Lead design, integration, and validation of RF/microwave systems for quantum hardware. Develop low-noise signal chains from room-temperature to cryogenic, perform EM and noise simulations, characterize components with RF instrumentation, optimize signal integrity and thermal effects, create automated test and calibration procedures, and collaborate across teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead and coordinate the Theory & Applications team to define the theory roadmap, drive error-correction strategy, co-design hardware-theory architectures, recruit and mentor the team, and build academic and industrial collaborations to enable scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computing and industrial quantum advantage.

Serve as a Senior People Partner advising managers across the company on recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, internal mobility and offboarding. Coach managers through difficult conversations, performance management, team dynamics, and organizational change. Build management practices, design manager onboarding and training, coordinate leadership development, gather feedback to improve people processes, and partner with the Head of Operations on calibration, promotions, engagement and retention.

Operate, maintain, and improve cleanroom equipment to support wafer fabrication for R&D and early production. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, safety/SOP development, spare parts management, and continuous improvement to ensure uptime and quality in a startup quantum computing lab.
