Conduct R&D to create practical hybrid quantum algorithms and applications on C12 hardware, collaborate with software and business teams to implement optimized workflows, support industrial partnerships and clients, and publish/present scientific results.

Support day-to-day marketing and communications: manage LinkedIn and X content calendar, create on-brand text and visuals, handle event logistics and media/lab visits, produce blog and website content, design marketing materials, and track performance metrics to inform improvements.

As Head of Sales, you will own revenue growth, structure sales motions, manage complex sales cycles, and develop commercial narratives for a quantum computing company.

Lead maturation of engineering processes for quantum hardware: characterize fabrication/assembly workflows, define metrics, analyze variability, drive process improvements, capture process knowledge, and identify scalability, automation, and industrialization opportunities across R&D and engineering teams.

Lead and coordinate the Theory & Applications team to define the theory roadmap, drive error-correction strategy, co-design hardware-theory architectures, recruit and mentor the team, and build academic and industrial collaborations to enable scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computing and industrial quantum advantage.

Serve as a Senior People Partner advising managers across the company on recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, internal mobility and offboarding. Coach managers through difficult conversations, performance management, team dynamics, and organizational change. Build management practices, design manager onboarding and training, coordinate leadership development, gather feedback to improve people processes, and partner with the Head of Operations on calibration, promotions, engagement and retention.

Design and simulate on‑chip DC, RF and microwave components for qubit control, interfacing and readout; perform EM and circuit simulations; support cryogenic measurements; improve Python-based design repository and simulation workflows; occasionally contribute to mechanical (Fusion 360/SolidWorks) and PCB design.

Operate, maintain, and improve cleanroom equipment to support wafer fabrication for R&D and early production. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, safety/SOP development, spare parts management, and continuous improvement to ensure uptime and quality in a startup quantum computing lab.
