Senior Security Engineer responsible for application, cloud, and platform security across an enterprise SaaS environment. The role involves building security automation and agents, integrating risk-based reviews into development, conducting threat modeling and code reviews, improving detection and observability, remediating systemic risks, and supporting compliance initiatives. The engineer will partner closely with development teams and help secure AI-powered features, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and deployment mechanisms.

Advise customers on identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access control. Architect secure IAM solutions across AWS, GCP, and Azure; lead technical workshops, demos, and evaluations; design integrations using APIs, SDKs, Go, and Terraform; troubleshoot workflows; and communicate identity security concepts to technical and business stakeholders.

Drive customer adoption by architecting and delivering identity governance and access management solutions. Lead workshops, demos, and integrations across cloud providers. Build and troubleshoot custom integrations, implement automation (Terraform, SDKs, APIs), and advise on protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, FIDO2). Collaborate with customers and internal teams to enable zero-trust, just-in-time access, and scalable IGA/IAM architectures.

Own and operate a scalable identity platform: build cloud infrastructure (including FedRAMP), implement observability and automation, lead incident response and postmortems, partner with product teams for reliable feature rollout, and drive infrastructure projects with incremental delivery.

Outbound SDR role focused on communicating C1's identity security value to technical stakeholders. Use HubSpot, Lusha, and LinkedIn Navigator to identify prospects, collaborate with marketing and sales teams to iterate messaging, prioritize lead sources, and manage multiple deals. Heavy outbound phone outreach and engagement with developers, IT/security leaders, and C-level executives. Continuous improvement and career growth within the SDR function.

Lead go-to-market for an AI-native identity security platform: own launches, positioning, sales enablement, competitive intel, roadmap narrative, and customer proof points to drive adoption and pipeline.

Lead technical engagements to drive adoption of identity and access solutions: advise customers, architect IGA/IAM/CIEM/PAM implementations, run workshops and demos, design cloud integrations (AWS/GCP/Azure), build and troubleshoot integrations using APIs/SDKs and Terraform, and evangelize identity security best practices.

Build and operate a horizontal identity platform end-to-end: design data models, build APIs and UIs, ship features to production, make architectural tradeoffs, and work closely with customers, product, and design to deliver reliable, high-quality systems.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for an AI-native identity security platform: prospect, qualify, demo, respond to RFPs, negotiate, close, and build long-term relationships with technical and executive stakeholders. Collaborate with channel partners, marketing, product, and customer success to drive pipeline and customer satisfaction.

Own full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close. Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, craft value propositions, collaborate with channel partners and internal teams, respond to RFPs, and drive pipeline and customer success for identity security solutions.

Own and evolve a core area of C1.ai's Identity Governance platform. Define product strategy and roadmap, translate customer feedback and data into investments, prioritize features vs technical debt, write clear requirements and success metrics, partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM and Customer Success, monitor product health, and drive adoption and customer outcomes for enterprise-scale IGA capabilities.
