Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting, perform periodic reporting and variance analysis, support month-end close, identify financial risks and opportunities, and create actionable reporting insights. Partner with leaders across operating divisions to align goals, provide project support, and deliver analytical guidance to business stakeholders.

Administer and optimize SIEM, endpoint, network, cloud, SASE, ZTNA, and email security platforms. Detect, investigate, respond to, and remediate security incidents; perform forensic analysis, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and root cause analysis. Support Windows and Linux administration, document security processes, collaborate with IT and compliance teams, and participate in on-call and major incident response.

Coordinates hiring and onboarding for truck-driving students from intake through placement and driver orientation. Verifies documentation, manages hotel rosters, monitors attendance, updates applications and hiring files, resolves issues with school and hiring personnel, confirms hiring commitment, and ensures paperwork is completed and uploaded. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of customer service experience, computer proficiency, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and preferably transportation industry experience.

Manages the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, accruals, intercompany transfers, tax filings, variance analysis, audits, financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts. The role also supports internal controls and coordinates with finance and accounting teams.
