Serve as Engineer of Record for industrial projects, leading electrical system design for food/beverage, cold storage, warehouse, and distribution facilities. Perform calculations, specifications, mentoring, review drawings, ensure code compliance across SD, DD, CD, and CA phases, and support construction administration and site visits.

Provide on-site safety oversight across multiple construction projects: conduct audits/inspections, investigate incidents, support training, ensure OSHA compliance, track corrective actions, and promote a proactive safety culture while traveling frequently between jobsites.

Lead architectural design and documentation for industrial and commercial projects (food processing, cold storage, warehousing). Manage all design phases (SD, DD, CD, CA), ensure code compliance, produce construction documents, coordinate with clients, engineers, and consultants, conduct site visits, and maintain project schedules and quality standards.

Produce 2D/3D drawings and BIM deliverables for industrial projects (food/beverage, cold storage, warehouses). Participate across SD, DD, CD, and CA phases, perform site visits, code reviews, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support permitting and construction administration, and maintain drafting standards and project documentation.

Manage mechanical and millwright projects from pre-construction through closeout: schedule and budget development, subcontractor and procurement management, site oversight, safety compliance, documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders), client communication, and continuous improvement to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Develops and maintains comprehensive construction schedules from preconstruction through closeout, establishes baselines and critical path, tracks progress, forecasts completion, performs time-impact and delay analyses, prepares status reports, reviews subcontractor schedules, recommends mitigation actions, supports change order documentation, and mentors project staff.
