Supports HR and internal marketing through employee communications, HRIS maintenance, new hire orientation, engagement initiatives, company culture efforts, social media, and event coordination. The intern will gain practical experience in HR administration, onboarding, employee communications, HRIS data management, and marketing support within a commercial construction environment.

Serve as Engineer of Record for industrial projects, leading electrical system design for food/beverage, cold storage, warehouse, and distribution facilities. Perform calculations, specifications, mentoring, review drawings, ensure code compliance across SD, DD, CD, and CA phases, and support construction administration and site visits.

Lead architectural design and documentation for industrial and commercial projects (food processing, cold storage, warehousing). Manage all design phases (SD, DD, CD, CA), ensure code compliance, produce construction documents, coordinate with clients, engineers, and consultants, conduct site visits, and maintain project schedules and quality standards.
