Manages the full HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, engagement, benefits, payroll support, HR systems, safety, immigration, and employee housing. Advises leadership, oversees employment-law compliance, manages seasonal hiring programs, develops HR initiatives, and mentors two HR team members. The role requires onsite and remote flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Leads full-cycle, high-volume and seasonal recruitment for Ranch positions, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding. Builds local community recruiting networks, coordinates background checks and immigration recruiting, conducts new-hire orientation, and maintains accurate recruiting and personnel records in Paylocity. Partners with managers and HR to ensure timely hiring decisions, complete documentation, and a welcoming employee experience.
