Oversees supply chain operations for a food manufacturing plant, including inventory management, procurement, production scheduling, logistics, supplier performance, quality compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Leads and develops direct reports while optimizing costs, delivery performance, and material flow. Requires collaboration with production, suppliers, logistics partners, and plant leadership, along with compliance with food safety and company quality standards.

Leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-value capital projects from concept through implementation, establishes project governance and Stage Gate processes, develops business cases and CERs, standardizes engineering practices, and communicates outcomes to executive leadership to achieve safety, schedule, budget, and performance targets across multiple facilities.

Coordinates corporate capital projects by tracking budgets, expenditures, purchase orders, procurement, documentation, workflows, asset inventories, and project closeouts. Supports Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams with financial reporting, journal entries, ROI validation, capital planning, and review meetings. Maintains cost center and project data, identifies budget risks, and escalates issues. Requires strong organizational, documentation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, with approximately 10% travel to other company sites.

Lead preparation and oversight of consolidated financial statements and external reporting under US GAAP. Manage month-end close, foreign currency translation, intercompany eliminations, SAP super-user duties, audit support, debt compliance, internal controls, and support acquisitions and corporate projects.

Own and deliver capital projects for manufacturing sites: planning, budgeting, scope, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover. Manage stakeholders, vendors, schedules, risks, cost performance, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. Drive automation, productivity, reliability, and continuous improvement. Travel across North America up to 20%.

Lead sales and distributor development across assigned channels for CHG product portfolio. Manage key retail accounts and a DSD distribution network, acquire new business, oversee brokers, execute trade spend, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive revenue, margin, and product innovation to meet short- and long-term growth targets.

Manage and grow strategic national restaurant accounts using consultative selling. Conduct menu analyses, business reviews, prospecting, and sample submissions. Lead QA incident responses, collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Marketing), draft supply agreements/pricing proposals, and meet annual sales and profitability targets. Substantial travel (up to 40%) and territory-based remote work required.
