Serve as plant champion for digital CI tools and coordinate with R&D and operations to implement capacity and process changes.

Lead and coach a team of Region Managers to deliver zone-level sales, profit, and growth targets across the Foodservice Distributor channel. Drive distributor and broker relationships, new business development, cross-functional execution, forecasting, and escalation resolution. Provide strategic direction, talent development, and field insights while ensuring reporting, market implementation, and achievement of annual operating plans.

Manage daily HR operations including onboarding, training, HRIS administration, employee relations and investigations, recruitment, benefits administration, recordkeeping, leave tracking, and HR projects. Provide employee support, ensure policy compliance, and work a flexible schedule with regular afternoon and night-shift presence.

Lead and implement Lean/TPM-based process improvements across manufacturing sites, develop and document standard work and SOPs, run Kaizen events, drive automation and capacity design, support digital CI tools, and deliver improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Lead the credit and accounts receivable team to manage credit limits, collections, cash application, invoicing, dispute resolution, and reporting.
