Lead and coach a team of Region Managers to deliver zone-level sales, profit, and growth targets across the Foodservice Distributor channel. Drive distributor and broker relationships, new business development, cross-functional execution, forecasting, and escalation resolution. Provide strategic direction, talent development, and field insights while ensuring reporting, market implementation, and achievement of annual operating plans.

Manage daily HR operations including onboarding, training, HRIS administration, employee relations and investigations, recruitment, benefits administration, recordkeeping, leave tracking, and HR projects. Provide employee support, ensure policy compliance, and work a flexible schedule with regular afternoon and night-shift presence.

Manage plant HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance (OSHA, HACCP, GMP), union relations, payroll support, safety and well-being programs, HR data/reporting, and workforce engagement to support plant operations and a safe, high-performance culture.

Lead category strategy and product lifecycle for convenience mixes across channels: market research, product development, commercialization, pricing, promotions, assortment, SKU rationalization, GS1 compliance, cross-functional collaboration, forecasting, and direct report management to drive category growth.
