Ensure HR policy implementation, oversee HRIS usage, support managers, and drive staff development while managing budgets and compliance.

Serve as the primary HR business partner aligning business objectives with employees and management. Responsibilities include onboarding, performance management, employee relations and investigations, HRIS administration (Workday), policy implementation, diversity outreach, training, reporting HR metrics, legal compliance, and supporting corporate and plant HR initiatives.

Lead regional food safety and quality assurance across US/Canada, manage and coach plant FSQA managers, ensure regulatory compliance and GFSI standards, drive continuous improvement, manage customer QA relationships, budgets, audits, and KPI performance, and travel extensively to support plants.

Lead sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management for capital projects, construction, engineering services, and select plant indirect categories. Partner with Engineering and Operations to support capital planning, execute RFP/RFQ events, develop MSAs, manage supplier performance, drive GPO adoption, and deliver cost, quality, and schedule improvements.

Supervise QA team and ensure product safety and compliance by performing product testing, audits, inspections, and corrective actions. Maintain QA documentation, monitor KPIs, investigate complaints, train staff, support sanitation, and collaborate with production and engineering to implement quality improvements and regulatory compliance (HACCP, GMP, SQF).

Lead sales and distributor development across assigned channels for CHG product portfolio. Manage key retail accounts and a DSD distribution network, acquire new business, oversee brokers, execute trade spend, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive revenue, margin, and product innovation to meet short- and long-term growth targets.
