Maintains payroll records, prepares payments, reconciles results, responds to employee and stakeholder inquiries, and generates reports. Supports audits, compliance, system testing, implementations, process improvements, and cross-functional payroll operations while safeguarding confidential information and meeting competing deadlines.

Lead Project Engineer directs enterprise-wide engineering and PMO initiatives for manufacturing network optimization, capital planning, and operational transformation. Leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-value capital projects from concept through implementation, establishes project governance and Stage Gate processes, develops business cases and CERs, standardizes engineering practices, and communicates outcomes to executive leadership to achieve safety, schedule, budget, and performance targets across multiple facilities.

Lead development and continuous improvement of multi-level demand forecasts using statistical models and business inputs. Partner cross-functionally to align assumptions, drive S&OP consensus, monitor forecast accuracy, support inventory optimization, and deliver actionable insights and reports. Mentor junior staff and support system and process improvements.
