Manage and grow strategic national restaurant accounts using consultative selling. Conduct menu analyses, business reviews, prospecting, and sample submissions. Lead QA incident responses, collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Marketing), draft supply agreements/pricing proposals, and meet annual sales and profitability targets. Substantial travel (up to 40%) and territory-based remote work required.

Oversee daily plant operations and Team Leaders, enforce safety and quality (HAACP/GMP/AIB), track KPIs, develop and manage the annual production budget, support new product planning and implementation, provide coaching and performance management, and participate in strategic organizational meetings.

Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives at manufacturing sites using Lean/TPM and GPS playbooks. Develop and document standard work, SOPs, process flow, and training materials; lead Kaizen events, automation and startup projects to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency. Serve as plant champion for digital CI tools and coordinate with R&D and operations to implement capacity and process changes.
