Leads plant engineering, facilities maintenance, capital planning, manufacturing process improvements, equipment installations, budgets, vendor relationships, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversees plant layouts, product launches, equipment modifications, root-cause analysis, operational reporting, and standard operating procedures. Requires an engineering bachelor’s degree, five or more years of manufacturing experience, CAD experience, and strong process improvement and problem-solving skills.

Manage plant HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance (OSHA, HACCP, GMP), union relations, payroll support, safety and well-being programs, HR data/reporting, and workforce engagement to support plant operations and a safe, high-performance culture.

Manages and grows strategic national accounts, particularly assemblers and convenience store chains, through consultative selling, business reviews, prospecting, pricing proposals, and supply agreements. Develops growth plans, secures profitable new business, coordinates product development with internal teams, manages customer relationships, supports quality incident response, and owns sales budgets. The role requires substantial domestic travel of up to 40% and remote work near a major U.S. airport.
