Lead a team that processes, validates, and analyzes promotional programs and transactions. Ensure promotional spend compliance with GAAP and company policies, reconcile accruals, support audits, partner with Sales/Marketing/IT to implement automation, improve processes, and deliver reporting and insights to management.

Lead and implement Lean/TPM-based process improvements across manufacturing sites, develop and document standard work and SOPs, run Kaizen events, drive automation and capacity design, support digital CI tools, and deliver improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Manage the Quality Assurance department and programs, oversee product testing, audits, sanitation, and food safety (SQF). Supervise staff, administer budget, handle holds and customer complaints, lead cross-functional quality reviews, and implement food safety and quality systems to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
